hi. today went gym with nicholas, marcus and stanley.
not bad quite fun but the cycling machine almost killed me.
o.o nicholas wear singlet, dam tight man almost break.
then buy drink play soccer eat lunch go home. tired
nicholas u good pang all of us. I KILL U!

aiya too bad today his birthday.
