hi
friday's training was great. in my opinion of course
I WAS FREAKING CSM. for one training
skip to PT part. was awesome
though the ball of my feet really really hurt from running with zhong liang
PUSH YOUR LIMITS!

then we did sprinting. hahaha
the times last year... and some weird bonding game


saturday... chinese remedial
sunday... not much done either
rhymes eh

teachers day celebration today
i like. soccer after that. not very good
hahaha the ball got stuck in the tree and we spent 30mins shaking it
after that it came down. and the indians watching were grinning from ear to ear

we had the chinese excursion today. was quite okay
we went to chinatown, some temple thing and the heritage museum.
nice place

me and siang wei were proving some hypothesis. (:
and singing on the bus. i miss 2-5..

physics SPA was.. complicated. we did datalogging

dead tired... training tomorrow! finally can get to run properly

oh yeah right i havent wrote my journal for day 5. better write it now what if i forget?

tiring day.. soccer 3 days in a row
tomorrow there's a chinese excursion, dunno where we're going.
batch of 2008 came back from prize-presentation today.

we had test for carpe diem. pretty dumb

miss naf didnt come today. poor thing..
caught up on sleep during her lesson.

we had homecoming briefing. awesome

headed to court after school but it rained after one match
one intense match. whoa

monday blues. stronger than ever!
damn it! well,
school is as usual, but sometimes i have no motivation to work.
other times i feel very motivated.

OBS was really great.
although i don't really think eng soon was really bonded together.
but whatever, i really had fun though.
and i doubt we'll ever meet up again

anyway, court today was awesome.
very good form. hahaha the only way i can go is up!
court again tomorrow!

had chem spa after school today, did it with julian edward john anthony
cool. he has crazy sideburns

LONG POST!

hi guys havent posted in A LONG WHILE.
so many things have happened. hehehe

OBS FIRST.
speechless. it was fantastic.
but i think i will do a day by day description thingy and try to make it interesting to you.

Day one....
reached Punggol jetty at 7.30am. DAMN YOU cody!
so admin and stuff. my group is ENG SOON. remember. i was with yi shen bozy and han.
all scouts!
and we went to ubin in a speed boat zooomzoomzoom
ahh, more admin. i became food ic but its a pretty lame job
then we went kayaking. nothing new cos ME TWO STAR BEIBEH.
had a really HARD time rescuing this two guys.
and then dinner, we cooked riceeeee. and uh sardine. the katong convent girls cooked with us
the rest went to bathe
after a while we all crouched in front of the fire. hohoho like AHHH SO WARM....
then the rice was done and we had corn sardine luncheon meat with it.
sounds really ew but it was really GREAT. everything tastes great at ubin.
then we learnt about first aid and stuff and jellyfish and stingrays.
pitched tents in the dark and sleep!
so DAY ONE WAS PRETTY BORING

Day two guys......
uh we learnt a few good morning greetings.
GOOD MORNING!
THE MORNING IS GOOD!
and finland, japan, christmas greetings.
we also played this game where we have to mingle, then when instructor says RIGHT HAND TO RED! all of us have to put our right hand to red.
but it got quite ridiculous after a while. NOSE TO BLUE!
so everyone came and smell my nipples. blue tshirt ah
did 5bx and breakfast time!!!!! everything tastes great at ubin
then we did rafting. we had to built a raft and row to some place to find a treasure?
sounds cool. so we did our raft. it looked really awesome at first.
well anyway we named it... Titanic or The Black Pearl or The Eng Soooon Ship or Jack.
and off we go rowing. row row row. after that one barrel came off!
MAN OVERBOARD. so we all jumped off too. one for all, all for one.
haha man jk i pulled yishen up and row row row
but we lost to dala bala. or dalan balan
but we got consolation prize. piece of paper that says, Your Disability is Your Opportunity
and did jetty jump! saw CODY ONG rowing their rowboat. hehe he was slacking at the rudder!
so okay, we had lunch then belaying then rock climbing.
after that we packed our bags for the next two days. which was Land Ex and Sea Ex. HURRAY!
murali(engsoon) and ahmad(dalabala) told us there was a SAF excersise at our destination so we had to walk 3km to another one.

we walked in the dark! without torchlights! well some of us only.
ubin has many many stars. i've never seen so many stars before and murali knows how to read stars!!
i think he learnt it in the air force. so pitched tents
and off to bed

Day three! LAND EXPEDITION!
i actually thought the 3km was our land expedition (:
in the morning i had powder bath. and went to shit in a sandhole! so fun man!
we had breakfast, journal writing and orienteering lesson.
and OFF WE GO!!!!! bozy was leader
i was slacker. wait no i was carrying the bloody tent. and extra poles in my bag
so walk walk walk walk. sweat sweat sweat.
it was very tiring at first but i got used to it. so whatever!
and then we took a break after about 4km.
eh 4km very long yah we were carrying HEAVY backpacks.
luckily han helped me with the tent. and
we had uncle toby!
lots of energy!
the journey continues, we walk and walk and walk, saw the guan yi rock formation,
reached pokka. highest point in ubin. shouted random stuff and
we learnt new quote! The closer one gets to the top, the more one finds that there is no top.
carried on walking. i played word games with yi shen.
like naming fruits and vegetables. the weird things u do when u get bored.
like singing national day songs. but i wasnt involved in that the scouts only.
faiq and saravanna played also.
then the tents didnt feel heavy anymore! and then we told jokes.
reached checkpoint two, rest, walk again, reached chek jawa.
YEEAH! we walked around, murali taught us many new things.
i'm going to come back!!! and then we made our way to the next campsite.
played MAFIA SHOE WAR! and pitched tents.
the wind was GARGANTUAN. our tent almost flew away. but i am strong. i held it back. myself.

and then dinner. the toilets had no water.
after dinner we had SEA EX briefing. murali said we could shit in the water in day four.
so i ate lotsa prunes. bad idea. i shitted twice at night.
we cooked milo and coffee during sentry duty and talked really loud about hancock. sorry guys!
and girls!

DAY FOUR! sea ex baby!
4.30am. rise from bed hard tent floor with three pairs of legs facing my face.
had breakfast, kept everything and off we go at 6.45am
i took the SINGLE KAYAK. ah hah!
awesome! awesome! keep it up! then we paddled paddled paddled.
i played number games with lik xian. he's pretty lousy at numbers. :)
so it got quite boring. then i played naming famous people with yi shen.
yu shan and joleen helped also.
yi shen and bozy and julian and han played naming POKEMON from A to Z
the things they do when they are bored.....
in a blink of an eye we were more than halfway there. and i had peeed three times in the sea
soon we reached camp one!!!
in 4hours and 45 mins we finished our sea ex. i thought it was pretty slack.
MKE training was twice as tough. although we paddled half the distance.
this time the wind was good the tide was good. weather was good too!
took a long break and had next activity.
must carry eng soona heavy stretcher with all our stuff inside across many logs.
very tough man, we couldn't make it in time.
anyway we had to built shelter and cook dinner for dala bala.
so we made our shelter and decorated it and cooked dinner and named it nasi masali ji!
ok chop chop i gtg soon.
ah but in the end we had to eat our own dinner so girls ate first and boys next.
i played naming soccer players with sara and wan
then murali told us ghost story. i will type it to u.
"when this reservoir wasn't built yet, there was this stall and this auntie selling selling char kuay teow along the road. as you know, instructors like to run alot. and everytime after running buy from auntie. so one night this instructor finished his 2.4km and went to the stall. but it was late and auntie was keeping stall already. instructor said AUNTIE I WAN CHAR KUAY TEEOOW.
auntie never say anything, just bow down and cook. this night auntie was really pale and she didnt say anything. after cooking she gave the packet to instructor. and bowed down and packed.
the packet was usually four dollars. but instructor asked auntie how much. auntie never reply him. still packing. so he asked, auntie how much, auntie how much, auntie how much, auntie how much.
FIVE DOLLAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
ok so here u're supposed to scream loudly cos murali just raised his hands and screamed five dollar.
night walk was quite stupid.

DAY FIVE WE PACKED TOOK CONTACTS WITH EVERYONE AND WENT HOME. IF I HAVE TIME I WILL DESCRIBE MORE.

today was national day celebrations.pretty cool
i wasn't in the marching contingent ahahah yeah
anyway i did it last year already

inter class soccer was fun also
although i didnt get a chance to play in my preferred position
HAD TO BE GOALIE!
saved three penalties!!
but let in two to TEAM TEACHER.

congrats 3-2 for winning and wei sheng for getting MVP award
wei sheng the man.

i can do ATW already. ivan taught me
had lunch with ivan, dao liang, clarence, eugene, and darren.

Yesterday was the lord of the flies play. so-so
met up with soccer people at 5.
Carl's Jr for one hour..
dwayne and jacob danced bollywood after that.
walk and talk and soon we reached.

finally! it's over.
missed half a day of school to go for piano exam.

anyway i rushed back to school for chinese
and SS and chem.
NDP rehearsal after school. i let abraham take my place so i'm a reserve now
